No, if your PRO365 Trader account (funded account) is breached, it will no longer be eligible for payouts, regardless of its profitability. Whether the breach occurred due to a Daily Drawdown or Maximum Drawdown violation, the funded account will be terminated, and any simulated profits will be forfeited. This policy also applies in cases of contract termination or violation of our Terms of Service.
