Dual-Listing refers to the practice of a company bEINg listed on two different Stock exchanges simultaNeously. This allows the company to raise Capital in multiple markets and provides greater Liquidity for its Shares, making it accessible to a broader range of investors.

For example, a company might be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and also on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). This can enhance the company’s visibility and potentially lead to a higher valuation due to increased demand.
